Anthony graduated from Temple University in 1990 with a BBA degree in Business Administration majoring in Business Law and Marketing. Anthony was an ROTC scholarship winner and accepted a commission in the US Army upon graduation. After completing his required military service, he entered the financial market in the residential loan industry in 1995 with National Future Mortgage. Starting out as a loan officer for this small brokerage firm, he was able to pass and be certified as Licensed Mortgage Banker (this was a big deal in 1995). In working with National Future Mortgage as the Executive Vice President, he was able to assist in the growth of the company from a 5 person brokerage firm into a full service mortgage banking company nationwide with over 150 employees. During his tenure there, he performed every critical job function required within the mortgage industry, culminating with achieving HUD's DE Underwriter certification.
