You agree to receive all current and future notices, disclosures, communications, and information, and to do business electronically with IntroLend and its network partners. This means that IntroLend and its network partners may communicate with you by:

• Sending a message to another email address that may be associated with you that we receive from our network partners or other parties
• Posting information to your account dashboard on our website
• Sending push notifications to your mobile device (if you have enabled this feature)
• Sending SMS/text messages (if you have opted in)

To access and retain information and notices we send or make available to you electronically, you will need:

We do not support Internet Explorer or other discontinued browsers.
SECURITY REQUIREMENTS

DOCUMENT VIEWING
• Adobe Acrobat Reader (version 10.0 or higher) or compatible PDF viewer
• The ability to view, download, and print PDF documents
EMAIL REQUIREMENTS
• A valid email address that you check regularly
• The ability to receive emails with attachments
MOBILE DEVICE REQUIREMENTS (IF ACCESSING VIA MOBILE)
• iOS 15 or later, OR
• Android 11 or later
• A mobile browser that meets the requirements above, OR
• The IntroLend mobile application (if available)
KEEPING YOUR CONTACT INFORMATION CURRENT
You agree to keep your email address and other contact information current. You may update your contact information by logging into your account at www.introlend.com and updating your profile, or by contacting customer service.
If we send you an electronic communication to the email address you have provided and it is returned as undeliverable, we may consider your account to be in default, and we may suspend or terminate your access to electronic communications or your account.
YOUR RIGHT TO RECEIVE PAPER COPIES
You have the right to receive any document in non-electronic (paper) form. To request a paper copy of any communication:
